Warren Crandall practices complex commercial litigation, managing all aspects of a case for a variety of clients.
During law school, Mr. Crandall served as the editor in chief for the Harvard Human Right Journal. He also served as a clinical intern for the Computer Crimes division at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston and as a law clerk for the Major Frauds and Special Prosecutions division at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Diego.

On behalf of Amazon and Twitch, secured a first-of-its-kind decision in New York state, with the New York appellate court dismissing lawsuits alleging our clients and other social media companies were liable for the fatal mass shooting in Buffalo, New York. The plaintiffs—victims of the shooting and their family members—contend the shooter was radicalized by extremist and racist content on social media and that his ability to livestream on Twitch motivated him to commit the crimes. The claims included wrongful death, product liability, negligence, and infliction of emotional distress. Representing Epic Games in cases across multiple jurisdictions claiming that the company intentionally designed its games to addict players. (See “Activision, Epic, Video Game Developers Face Addiction Suit,” Bloomberg Law).
Obtained a favorable settlement, after a week of trial, for Synchrony Financial (formerly GE Capital) in a lawsuit involving breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, and alter ego claims.
Trial counsel for Ball Up, LLC, a major streetball basketball brand, in a $500 million-dollar breach of contract case against a manufacturing partner.
Represented a Chinese entrepreneur in a civil dispute against former business partner in China.
