Brittnee Bui focuses her practice on high-stakes business disputes, complex litigation, and white collar investigations.
Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, Ms. Bui was a litigation and white collar associate with Covington & Burling LLP. While at Covington, she also prepared post-conviction relief materials and memoranda on constitutional rights for pro bono clients.
Upon graduation, Ms. Bui was elected to the Order of the Barristers, which recognizes excellence in oral and written advocacy. While in law school, Ms. Bui was an associate editor for the UCLA Law Review and the chief articles editor for the Asian Pacific American Law Journal. She externed for the United States Attorney’s Office and was the recipient of the Michael T. Masin Scholar award.

Representing Kelly Toys, maker of the top-selling toy in the US for 2023 “Squishmallows,” in a copyright infringement lawsuit against Build-A-Bear Workshop for its copycat Skoosherz product.
